One of the selectable playable main characters in Zenless Zone Zero.
Wise, along with his sister Belle, manage the Random Video Play Store on Sixth Street in New Eridu and form the team behind the legendary Proxy identity "Phaethon".
In the Japanese translation his name is Akira.
