An agricultural Tianshi that operates in the nomadic city of Dahuang. He is one of the researchers of the Wanqing project, which consists in the development of crops able to grow in soil contaminated by Originium. He is one of the main characters of the side story Here a People Sows.
His motif is based on the water buffalo. His codename means "ten thousand qing" in Chinese, equivalent to 66.7 hectares.
His voice actors are Anju Nitta (Japanese), Feng Xiu (Chinese), Yung-I Chang (English) and Kim Jin-hong (Korean). His art designer is YYB.
