The Angel of Avarice who is trying to make as much money as possible to refinance the economically-stricken Celestia. She bears a great resemblance to someone that Valvatorez once knew 400 years ago.
Her true identity is in fact Artina, the nun that Valvatorez knew 400 years ago
Not the same character as the Disgaea 1 antagonist Vulcanus (Disgaea 1).
