A pattern of black/grey and white coating for domestic cats, where the upper body is covered in black fur while the lower body (including but not limited to: nose, chin, chest, belly and paws) are white, appears as if the cat is wearing a tuxedo suit.

Two tuxedo cats became fairly popular in memes, those being Maxwell the Cat of Spinning Cat fame, and Uni of Big Boobs fame. Only tag either if it can be explicitly confirmed that the cat in question is one or the other, otherwise stick with this tag only.
