tutankhamun (fate)
Archer-class Servant introduced in Fate/Grand Order. One of the most famous Pharaohs of Ancient Egypt, Tutankhamun acceded to the throne at 9 years of age. During his reign he undid the shift of Ancient Egyptian religion caused by Akhenaten, who is believed to have been Tutankhamun's father. Tutankhamun's reign ended when died around age 18.
Tutankhamun was made famous in modern times by the discovery of his tomb in 1922. Compared to a lot of other pharaohs, Tutankhamun's tomb was largely undisturbed, and a lot of its contents, including treasures and his undisturbed mummy, were left intact. This discovery led to a renewed interest in Ancient Egypt by the public. The deaths of various individuals who were involved in the excavation of his tomb led to popular rumors regarding the "curse of the pharaoh".
