The playable character in Namco's Genpei Touma Den video game.
He is based on the historical Samurai Fujiwara no Kagekiyo. (In the story, he was resurrected from the hell by an agent from another dimension, called "Player".)

He, and the game itself, was inspired by Chikamatsu Monzaemon's jōruri, Shusse Kagekiyo
