Sailor Mercury's first ability, used up until she gains Shine Aqua Illusion and Mercury Aqua Rhapsody (along with other attacks), at which point she essentially stops using this skill. She conjures some bubbles containing mist, which pop when she releases them to blanket the area in mist and reduce the temperature dramatically. It has no offensive properties, so it's designed as a defensive and strategic ability. It's actually never seen in the manga, although during the first time she transforms into Sailor Mercury, a cloud of mist surrounds the area.
