sendai (azur lane)

Azur Lane's personification of the Japanese light cruiser Sendai, name ship of her class.

In the game, she is depicted having blonde hair, yellow eyes, and the same fox girl attribute shared to her class. She also wears a mix of traditional Japanese clothes and a modern white pleated skirt with a red fringe.
Her rig contains two 14 cm single mounts and two twin 61 cm torpedo launchers, one gun and torpedo mount per side. She increases her 14 cm guns upon retrofit.

In real life, she was the flagship of the Third Destroyer Squadron and was heavily committed to combat operations in the Dutch East Indies and Guadalcanal. Ultimately, she was sunk in a night action in Empress Augusta Bay in early November 1943.
