F-Zero racer and the pilot of the Fire Stingray, which is believed to be stolen property. He enters every race due to his hatred of Captain Falcon and desire to defeat him.

Samurai Goroh is also a bounty hunter, but always loses the best bounties to Falcon. He is the leader of an intergalactic band of Space Thieves and hails from Red Canyon, a hideout of brigands and cutthroats.
