sailor pluto
Sailor Pluto is one of the Outer Senshi from the series Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon.
She has power over both time and space, and wields the Garnet Rod bearing the Garnet Orb, which is one of three talismans carried by the Outer Senshi. After leaving her post later in the series, she teams up with Sailor Neptune and Sailor Uranus. Her civilian identity is Meiou Setsuna.
Note that Pluto was considered a planet during the making of Sailor Moon. It was not classified as a dwarf planet until afterwards.
