The 2nd witch costume of Sonic's Rouge the Bat. The first is an adapted version of her standard outfit as DLC for Sonic Adventure 2, while the second is a full purple and orange witch dress, from Sonic Forces: Speed Battle.

They are often mixed together in artwork.
