pallapalla (sailor moon)

The blue-haired character from the manga and anime Bishoujo Senshi Sailor Moon (aka. Pretty Soldier Sailor Moon) by Takeuchi Naoko. Known as the Magician of Balancing Balls of the Dead Moon Circus, and former antagonist of the Inner Sailor Senshi.

During the series she is a part of the Amazon Quartet and second eldest (anime the youngest) of the four sisters. Later in the manga she is revealed to be Sailor Pallas who protects Chibi Usa.

Voiced by Toyoshima Machiko in the 1990s anime, and Morohoshi Sumire in Crystal.
