Virtual YouTuber group founded on October 23, 2021 as Merise, later rebranded to Neo-Porte on February 27, 2022. The company was founded and is produced by Ojiji (Crazy Raccoon CEO), mafumafu, Soraru, and Shibuya Hal, though Hal is the only staff member that is also a VTuber under the group. Merged with Brave Group (owners of VSPO!, Riot Music, V4Mirai, globie, and idol Corp) in February 2025.
