CV: Tomatsu Haruka

Ibara is the primary protagonist of Coppelion in her capacity as the leader of the Medical Unit that entered Tokyo in search of survivors at the outset of the story.

Ibara has long black hair, brown eyes and pale skin as a side effect of being genetically engineered to withstand radiation. She usually wears a distinctive school uniform (often keeping the jacket tied around her waist and her sleeves rolled up for comfort) and favors the Luger P-08 as her weapon of choice.
