A protagonist in Tales of Legendia, he is a bandit who initially kidnapped Shirley Fennes aboard the Legacy. Moses is a brusque and uneducated guy who serves as comic relief, and is often accompanied by his beast companion Giet. He also argues with Jay frequently. His seiyuu is Nakai Kazuya, who also voices Shigure Rangetsu in Tales of Berseria.
