Character in Mega Man X8.
A "new-generation Reploid" capable of altering his body's DNA data and changing his form as needed, and is supposedly immune to going Maverick. Head of the Jakob Project, which is constructing an orbital elevator.
Reveals himself to be the true antagonist of the game after Sigma's defeat, and claims to have gone Maverick entirely by his own will.
