Lucy is a playable character in Reverse:1999. She is the Director of Laplace Scientific Computing Center. She is often viewed as a cold person due to her logical thinking, robotic body, and her ambition with progress no matter what happen. Her true form is a piston from the first steam engine.

She is voiced by Hayden Rose in English and Suwa Ayaka in Japanese.
