lisia (pokemon)

Lisia, known as Lutia (ルチア) in Japan, is a character introduced in Pokémon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire.

Lisia is Hoenn's number one contest idol along with her Altaria, Ali. She has a natural knack for contests and is also a hard worker-something her fans adore her for.

She has aqua eyes and aqua hair. She wears cotton arm warmers, an overskirt with white shorts underneath, a single striped thighhigh, and blue boots.
