lilya (reverse:1999)

Lilya is a female Arcanist in Reverse:1999

A soldier from school of Zeno in Moscow, Russia. Also known as The Barents Witch, she uses a jet-looking magic broom named Su-01вe to fly around and fight the enemies. She has blonde long hair, and usually wears aviator cap with animal ears, goggles, oxygen mask, green shirt, brown fur-trimmed jacket, and short shorts with star ornament.

Lilya is voiced by Elina Alminas in English and Kitamura Eri in Japanese.
