kenshin kagemitsu

A Touken Ranbu character.

He is based off of an unnamed tantou once in the possession of Uesugi Kenshin. On its base was engraved the phrase "Chichibu Daibosatsu" (秩父大菩薩) in Sanskrit.

His in-game character is based around maturity, and lives by a code of self-control. While he believes that self-control is the key to being adult, his own shortcomings cause him to act childish.
