Character from Strike Witches Zero who debuted in Strike Witches: Suomus Misfits Squadron. Nicknamed Fuji based on an alternate reading of her surname, to distinguish her from the unrelated Katou Keiko.

A Pilot officer from Fuso who was serving in the Fuso Imperial Army 1st Fighter Squadron at the time of the Fuso Sea Incident. Known as the Peregrine Falcon of the Fuso Sea, she has the same Three-Dimensional Space Understanding skill as Minna Dietlinde-Wicke.

Her weapons are a Type 11 Light Machine Gun, a MG 15 machine gun, and a Fuso Sword. Her familiar is the Hokkaido dog, and she's based on Katou Tateo.
