The boy whose indecisiveness over Ayukawa Madoka and Hiyama Hikaru formed the primary conflict of the Kimagure Orange Road manga and anime. He is often depicted with either Madoka or Hikaru. His sisters are Kasuga Manami and Kasuga Kurumi. He can be distinguished from other male characters in the show by his typically messy black hair.
