The main villain of Garou: Mark of the Wolves.

Following a poor upbringing alongside his brother Abel, a.k.a. Grant, and sister Marie, Kain swore to gain power at all costs. After the death of South Town's infamous crime lord Geese Howard, Kain would ultimately gain power and take his place as the ruler of South Town's underworld. To prove his might, he hosted the latest edition of South Town's legendary King of Fighters martial arts tournament - The King of Fighters: Maximum Mayhem. He claims to be the uncle of Rock Howard, as his sister Marie was a lover of Geese's. Though Rock long believed his mother Marie was dead, Kain claims she is indeed alive, convincing Rock to work with him for a time.

Kain returns in Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves, with Vox Reaper taking Grant's place as his new enforcer.
