juxtaposition
When the image featuring an photo/video of the character on the screen (phones, TV, computer, etc.), while that character themselve are physically present within the same image as well.
Usually, this is done to compare their outward public appearance with their private sides. With NSFW works further emphasize the contrast between the "pure" public appearance and hidden degenerate true self.
