Henry Jekyll is the neat-looking one, while Hyde has red eyes, messy hair, an unbuttoned vest and a blood stain on his shirt. They both use a knife in combat.
In Fate/Grand Order, Jekyll starts as an Assassin, and when he changes to Hyde via his Noble Phantasm, he becomes a Berserker.
