Jamitov Hymen is the mastermind behind the foundation and rise of the Titans, the elite organization of the Earth Federation Forces.
From his perch at the pinnacle of the Earth Federation's military command structure, Jamitov uses the Titans as a private army to further his own scheme for world domination. Cruel, devious, and utterly amoral, Jamitov will stop at nothing to impose his own brand of Earth-supremacist ideology on the suffering peoples of the space colonies.
Dies at the end of The Gryps War shot to death by Paptimus Scirocco, who betrayed Jamitov in order to gain total control of the Titans army.
