The protagonist of Danganronpa Gaiden: Killer Killer.

An apathetic, lazy man working for the Future Foundation's crime office in Division 6. When he watched as a captivating person who showed up to his middle school massacre the students there, his mind found killing to be beautiful, and has since pursued the art of passionate killing. Under the name "Killer Killer", he targets serial killers who are callous or do not have the passion to back up their actions. His partner is Asano Misaki.

His uniform consists of an undone suit with a loose black necktie. He has red eyes that are either perpetually half-closed or sanpaku. He has black hair that covers one eye with a long, limp ahoge.

May or may not be the same character as "Sparkling Justice", a serial killer mentioned by Sonia Nevermind in Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair.
