A satelite TV channel in Japan. Wholly owned by the Japan Racing Association, the channel focuses on all things horse racing, from broadcasting JRA horse races, interviews of individuals related to horse racing, and even running reruns of horse racing themed animes such as Midori no Makibaoo and Gunjou no Fanfare.
