gensou suikoden ii

The second game in the Gensou Suikoden series, which takes place three years after the first game. It takes place in Dunan, immediately northwest of the Scarlet Moon Empire/Toran Republic of the first game, and follows the story of Riou and Jowy Atreides, who become hosts of the two halves of the Rune of the Beginning and leaders in the war between the Jowston Alliance and Highland Kingdom. Numerous characters from the first game play major roles, resulting in Gensou Suikoden II introducing the fewest new characters of any game in the main series.

Gensou Suikogaiden is a side story to Gensou Suikoden II, overlapping considerably with its story.
