Pokémon #349 in the National PokéDex, a Water type Pokémon.
Feebas is a shabby, old-looking fish-like Pokémon with a light brown body covered in dark, irregular spots. It has large, deep-set eyes and big, pink lips.
Essentially the Gen III counterpart of Magikarp. Feebas only has an access to Splash attack that deals no damage. Though unlike Magikarp, Feebas can only evolve with a special condition rather than the usual level up method.
It evolves into Milotic if:
Generation III-IV: High Beauty condition
Generation V onwards: Traded holding a Prism Scale
