The titular main character of Excel Saga. She has long blonde hair and green eyes. Her name comes from the Excel chain of hotels in Japan.
Excel is a member of the organization ACROSS, which is bent on world domination under the leadership of lord Ilpalazzo. She is initially the only visible active agent, but is eventually joined by Hyatt and later Elgala.
