This two-legged frog Pokémon is vaguely triangular in shape, and features stub-like arms and legs. Its eyes are placed on either side of its head, and the markings above its mouth gives the appearance of another set of eyes.
It evolves from Tadbulb.
Its shiny form changes its aqua body color into a green-yellow color, and changes its orange markings into red.
