A type of high kick where the user is depicted as straightening their leg directly upwards to the air while standing straight. Is then followed by them quickly lowering their foot on to their opponent like the movement of an axe.
This tag mostly relates to the first part of the kick (the leg ascended), only tag cases of the kick descending onto the victim if the first part was shown in the actual image.
