Mascot character brand by LINE Friends Corporation. The characters are based on sketches drawn by the seven members of the k-pop boy group Bangtan Boys. The brand was launched in 2017. The name is a portmanteau of BTS and "21st century".

All of the BT21 characters are offically said to be genderless.
