Latin: Pionites melanocephalus

A small parrot featuring a black crown, yellow to orange head, whitish belly, yellow thighs, green back, wings and upper tail, blue flight feathers, and greyish-black bill and feet.

Black-headed parrots are native to the Amazon and various South American regions.
