She is portrayed with very long light brown hair tied into twintails, purple eyes, and a sizable bust size.
Her default outfit consists of a black top that shows her cleavage, a white long-sleeved dress over it and tied to the front, black micro shorts, a single thigh strap to her right leg, fold-over boots, and a large blue coat with black drawstrings. Her rigging consists of her three intended 20.3 cm triple gun mounts on wavy pieces of white-colored hull, as well as a white metal halo.

History
Historically, she was the 8-inch Cruiser Study Scheme CA-B that examined heavy cruiser designs (that ultimately led to the Baltimore design) that incorporated a fourth 203 mm/8-inch triple main gun mount and two 533 mm quad torpedo tubes.
